(OoO apparently uses the same port as the calendar for free/busy info, so chances are that if one doesn't work, the other won't either.)

For administrators troubleshooting this, give yourself full access permissions to that user's mailbox, open their calendar in your own Outlook, and check the sharing properties to make sure they're set to "View Free/Busy times."Īlso, to verify that this is a problem with Outlook for the person trying to schedule the meeting, have them log into Outlook Web Access and try scheduling the same meeting with the same person.
